I started this company in early 2013 after a long teaching career in New Zealand, the UK and here in the United Arab Emirates. I wanted to change jobs and saw an opportunity to do something completely different, but still something I thought I could do very well. I started because after moving several times in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
I saw a need for a company to provide:

We rely heavily on word of mouth referrals (most of our business is referral based), so we make sure to provide excellent service to every client we move. We need clients to speak positively about Mac Pack after move-in, so we do everything we can to make sure your move-in is smooth, seamless, and professional!
He wanted to run the company by empowering staff and through regular team meetings. As such, the “boys” are always consulted in decisions and their ideas are always valued. Mac Pack believes that the company’s most important asset is staff on the go and we make sure staff are happy and well cared for, this really means the customer gets a better level of service!
When you contact Mac Pack, you will be dealing directly with me, the owner. I will be personally involved in each move and plan the move with my supervisors accordingly.
We have completed over 3,000 move-ins and have received great feedback from the start. We do our job very well and I am very proud of what we have achieved since we started. We’ve come a long way since the three employees and one borrowed truck we had for our first move in 2013! We still have 5 of the original 6 crew members we first hired and are growing to 30+ employees in early 2019!
